A native of Canada, Les Martin started in the hair replacement industry in the 60’s and moved his operation to the USA in the 80’s. With a strong entrepreneurial drive and great vision, he opened factories in Italy, Korea (1975) and China (1986), as well as an office in Hong Kong in 1989.

He was the founding member of New Image Labs Corporation and instrumental in positioning the company as a market leader in the hair replacement industry. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, expert design and quality-based manufacturing, the business impact of his contribution is vast. Les officially retired from the hair business in 2010 and now enjoys some of his other business ventures, where his passion and zeal is still eminent.
