Keeping Customer Account Information accurate and up to date is very important. Every customer has access to their account information through telephone discussion with New Image Customer Service Representatives, including contact information, account balances and transactions and similar information, which New Image also provides to its customers through other means, such as monthly account statements, as well as email and/or letter correspondence in response to specific needs/requests. New Image also provides individualized access to customer accounts via restricted member access to the New Image password protected member’s section of the New Image website, with this Privacy Policy also applying to customer use of the member’s website. If your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call, email or write to us (contact details listed on your account statement and at the beginning of this document) to implement such changes. We will promptly update or correct any erroneous information.

Users Outside the U.S.
Our website is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States.  By using our website, participating in any of our products and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer and to our collection and use of your information as set forth above.

To receive a copy of the most up-to-date Privacy Policy, please contact your Customer Service Representative. New Image reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without prior notice.
