Hence, this prestigious honor is awarded to Mr. Zhigang Wan, who operates one of the most successful production lines with distribution in all five continents. Mr. Wan has taken production to the highest possible level. From strict checkpoints and quality control to base designs, processing, knotting, ventilation, and delivery, Mr. Wan has demonstrated a genuine commitment to supply chain efficiency.

Starting in 1988 as a Representative for the Japanese market at Shandong Crafts Import and Export Co., Ltd., Mr. Wan quickly climbed the ranks to become Sales Manager in 1992. His exceptional management and market expertise laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

In 1995, he took on the role of General Manager at Shandong Regina Hair Products Co., Ltd., holding this position concurrently while continuing to lead at Shandong Crafts. Under his guidance, the company flourished, eventually rebranding as Qingdao Shanli Hair Products Co., Ltd. in 2011, where Mr. Wan has served as Chairman of the Board ever since.

From 2005 to 2016, he also served as General Manager of Shandong Haichuan Hair Arts Co., Ltd., transitioning to Chairman of the Board in 2016. This dual leadership role has allowed him to steer the company to new heights while maintaining his position at Qingdao Shanli.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Wan is a pioneer in manufacturing hair goods, ensuring consistency, craftsmanship, and innovation.
